Shipping policy

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave the distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from the distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 1-3 days from the time you place your order for it's status to update


WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 7-13 days for your order to arrive to your home. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

Otherwise, due to the COVID-19, airlines decreased quite a bit, so it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Thanks a lot for your understanding.

DELIVERY:

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received as your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.



WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

We process and ship orders quickly, Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled
